Sky Social, in collaboration with SIDBI CSR, conducted Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management (MHM) workshops at three locations in Bhopal: Subhash Government Higher Secondary School, Kamla Nehru Higher Secondary School, and Orient Kagaz Converters Pvt. Ltd.
These sessions aimed to empower adolescent girls and women factory workers by providing:
Gender Sensitization
Scientific knowledge on menstrual health
Practical hygiene management strategies
Distribution of sustainable menstrual products to improve well-being

Distributed 400 reusable sanitary pads and 100 menstrual cups in partnership with Pee Safe

By breaking taboos and promoting informed discussions, this initiative ensured that menstruation is no longer a barrier to education, work, or dignity.
