Sky Social, in collaboration with SIDBI CSR, conducted Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management (MHM) workshops at three locations in Bhopal: Subhash Government Higher Secondary School, Kamla Nehru Higher Secondary School, and Orient Kagaz Converters Pvt. Ltd.

These sessions aimed to empower adolescent girls and women factory workers by providing:

Knowledge transfer on essential skills
Scientific knowledge on menstrual health
Financial literacy
Practical hygiene management strategies
Awareness programs
Distribution of sustainable menstrual products to improve well-being
