Srishti Pragat
Founder and Chairperson
Ms. Pragat is the Founder and Chairperson of SKY SOCIAL. She is a young and enthusiastic woman entrepreneur who started this organization two years back and since then she has built a team of young enthusiastic feminists who are
working towards ensuring the rights of women and girls.
She holds an MSc degree in Development Studies from SOAS University of London with specialization in Gender and Migration Studies. Since then, she has worked
with various leading organizations in Delhi like UN Women and Centre for Social Research. She has also worked with National Rural Livelihood Mission, a program of Ministry of Rural Development which socially and economically
empowers women by organizing them in SHGs. She has also done an internship with Safe cities initiative under MPUIIP, Uthan project.
Srishti Pragat wants to “create women leaders and young ambassadors who would empower communities to build a happy, healthy and safe world for children and women.”
She is also a YOUTH KI AWAZ Action Network Fellow. Through the advocacy campaign ‘Period No More Limits’ she and her organization is aiming to change people’s mindset around menstruation and make menstrual products accessible to everyone
especially adolescent girls so that they can complete their education. The main focus of this campaign is to reduce the school drop-out rates of adolescent girls in rural areas.
She has recently been selected as the country
Ambassador for India for UNITE 2030. Unite 2030 is a global community of leading young leaders/ changemakers from around the world who are taking action to tackle poverty, inequality, injustice, and climate change by the year 2030.
As a Country Ambassador for India, she is leading programs, creating communities, expanding youth action, working with policy makers & shareholders, building a global platform for young people and making them forerunners of
change in order to achieve United Nations Sustainable Development goals by 2030.
Arunima Tiwari
Policy & Legal Analyst
Ms. Tiwari is a lawyer who holds a bachelors in law degree with a specialization in corporate law. She has almost 7 years of experience in policy and legal research. She has previously worked as a Global Policy Analyst with a research and consulting firm where she specialised in data privacy laws, technology laws and cybercrimes.
Akshay Kumar Shukla
Project Coordinator
Akshay Kumar Shukla is the Program Coordinator at Sky Social, where he excels in managing stakeholders and ensuring seamless coordination of various projects. He holds an MBA from Technocrat Institute of Technology, Bhopal. Akshay's professional journey includes roles such as Manager at Global Agencies. Since joining Sky Social, he has brought his organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and independent working style to the forefront. His interests in sports and traveling further enrich his dynamic approach to program coordination.
Sudha Tiwari
Project manager- skill development program
SUDHA TIWARI holds master's degree in social work ( MSW ) from Institute for Excellence in Higher Education ( IEHE ) Bhopal. Her experience includes managment, coordination ,capacity building and training. She has previously worked with Indian Health Action Trust ( IHAT ), Chingari Trust in Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiative and in various government programs with UNICEF Bhopal in Ansh Happiness. At Sky Social, she is working as a Project Coordinator, where she manages programs and initiatives at the grassroots along with implementation. Professionally, she is creative, and has excellent communication skills. She is a friendly person who enjoys travelling ,acting , singing.

Aryan Uikey, Senior Photographer and Video Editor at Sky Social, is renowned for his creativity and dedication to setting new industry benchmarks. With a Fine Arts degree from Atal Bihari Bajpayee Hindi University and a Diploma
in Animation & Designing from MAAC, Mumbai, Aryan brings extensive expertise in video editing, sketching, and social media creatives. He has collaborated with top names like PINC Events and SunMoon Events. At Sky Social,
Aryan contributes to gender equality and social justice initiatives by infusing creativity into social work through impactful posters and videos.

a commitment to sustainable impact, Ritika transitioned into leadership roles within prominent NGOs and is now supporting a corporate organization in building innovative projects aligned with its mission. Her expertise
in program development, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building has empowered many individuals and communities. Currently, she works on the ‘Social audit’ part of ESG and has been instrumental in organizational
development for Sky Social. Her passion for social justice inspires collective action towards a more equitable world.
