Mobilization is bringing resources into use for a particular purpose. Youth are no less than a resource to the country. They have the energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to bring about positive change in the world. Young people are the driving force behind social, economic, and political progress.
There are many ways to support youth voices from training students with different skills to research and address issues in their own communities. Skill development programmes help them find better employment opportunities in today's competitive time. And encourages them to make a shift from the informal sector to the formal sector
Mobilization of youth towards the formal sector through the skill development training programmes is essential to empower the youth so that they can live a decent life and contribute to country's growth.
Sky Social conducted various mobilizing activities in Betul, Chhindwara and Seoni by sharing the details of Hunar se Rozgar Tak program.

Sky Social Mobilizers conducted a session at MP Online centres and CSC centres where they explained the details about HSRT Programme and how it is beneficial to young people. The youth gathered there were intrigued by this opportunity and were willing to know more about how this programme is going to help them in the longer run. In total more than 22 MP Online and CSC centres was part of this activity where the information was provided.
A session was organized by Jan Abhiyan Parishad in Janpad Panchayat in Betul, where president and secretary of Block and Village Development Promotion Committee were present. The Sky Social team interacted with them and shared the details of the HSRT programme. The session had 47 people in total and they were all keen to know about this programme and also shared their views on how this programme will be very helpful for the young people. Posters and Pamphlets related to the programme were also shared amongst them.
The Rozgar Karyalay organized an event on Rozgar Diwas at Government ITI Betul. During the event the team members of Sky Social shared varied aspects of HSRT programme to the youth present there. Along with that specific details regarding how this programme will lead to employment were also shared. A group of 53 young people was present at the event. The youth also asked questions related to the programme and were actually interested in enrolling. The sky social team collected the data and information of the youth present there.
On the occasion of Rozgar Diwas, Collectorate organized an event, wherein the insights of the HSRT programme were shared along with the details on the employment opportunities for the youth. The event had 400 young people. Sky Social team explained to them in detail how the programme works and how the training will benefit them.
To ensure equal participation of girls and boys in the programme, Sky Social Team visited the Girls College. The team interacted with the students from the college and explained to them about HSRT programme. They also cleared their doubts about this industry is going to give equal opportunity to girls and help them become economically independent.
For Azadi ka Amrit Mahostsav, Bharat Bharti Shiksha Samiti, Betul is conducted Ganga Avtaran Abhiyan under which work is going on in 75 hills in Betul district. During this initiative, Sky Social team members were present and they also participated. The team shared important information about HSRT and explained the details of the programme. 80 youth and people from the village Bajkhada were present there.
Sky Social Mobilisers shared important information about HSRT at prominent local places in the city where the youth population is prevalent. They distributed pamphlets and spoke to young people to understand their mindset and clear their doubts about the programme.
Sky Social Team had an insightful meeting with some industry experts. They were informed about the HSRT programme along with sharing details of upskilling and re-skilling of young people who are already working in this sector. We want to make this programme as inclusive as possible, hence we want to ensure that people who are already working in this sector also get an opportunity to up-skill themselves.
We want to ensure that both men and women get equal opportunities for employment and especially for women since they do not have access to many opportunities and learn new skills. On the occasion of Women’s day, Collectorate Betul organized an event at Government ITI. At the event, our team shared information about the HSRT programme and encouraged women to learn new skills and become economically independent to lead a secure life. 350 women and girls participated in the event and were keen to understand this programme and use this opportunity to skill themselves.
Sky Social team got an opportunity to participate in a meeting organized by the DFO Mr. Vijaynath at Forest Department office in Betul. We explained to everyone about the HSRT initiative and all the rangers attended that meeting.
Schools and colleges were also targeted to promote the HSRT program and create awareness on the importance of financial independence for both boys and girls.
